I’ve had a couple days to let this EP sink in, and I have to say it’s absolutely amazing. The EP gets better with each track, fusing complex song structures, with a blend of different sub-genres. While these guys are definitely Technical Death Metal at their core, you’ll hear touches of Experimental / Progressive styles throughout as well, which is what makes Cognitive so unique. I highly recommend you give this EP a Listen, you’ll see exactly why I like this Band so much.
